order it is reccommended that you contact us by email or by
phone to
confirm the availability of the art work and to discuss the shipping
arrangenments. We also reccommend that you read all the terms and
conditions of purchase on this page.

photos, symbols, paintings and written information on this site is
copyright. All art work is very distinctive and highly recognisable.
Prosecutions will be pursued vigorously if breaches of copyright occur.
Intellectual Property of Purchased Art Work Even when the art works are purchased, the artist still holds the intellectual property of the art works. No art work that is purchased can be copied or re-produced, in part or full, in any way, without the artist's written consent. And that includes the written information about the painting. In the future, the artist may want to re-produce some of the purchased art works in publications and on the net and may also sell poster copies. Payments Payment
can be made by direct bank transfer, cheque or money
order. All
orders must be pre-paid before shipping of art work will occur. We
will advice you when your purchased art work has been freighted.
Certificates of Authenticity Certificates of
authenticity are supplied with every painting, and includes a photo and
profile of the artist and story of the painting.
Freight Charges Additional freight charges apply to all art works: * Freighted anywhere in Australia: Aud$50. * International: Aud$100. Shipping Agents All art works are well packaged and are freighted by Australia Post Air Freight. Paintings Streched Unless otherwise instructed, all art works are freighted stretched. Prices $AuD All prices on this site are quoted in Australian dollars ($Aud). Insurance, Import Duties and other Taxes Once the art work is
in the hands of Australia Post the insurance of the art
work
is upto the purchaser. Any import duty or taxes must be paid for by the
purchaser.

returning the art work it must be in the
same good condition as it was when we sent it and the purchaser must
pay for all freight and insurance costs.

Australia, GST usually applies, but in this case GST does not apply to
the art works - the artists have individual Australian Business Numbers
(ABN) and aren't required to register for GST until they reach $50,000.
