Aboriginal Cultural Tours - Adjahdura Land   TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING * 2, 3 & 5 DAY TOURS INCLUDE: Camping accommodation, park fees and breakfast. * PAYMENT: Booking ACT-AL direct (cash, cheque or money order only) requires 20% deposit 7 days after booking to confirm booking and full payment 3 weeks before the tour. *BE RESPECTFUL: We expect all travellers to be respectful of Aboriginal cultural, heritage and traditions and to not damage, disturb or remove Aboriginal objects or damage or disturb the environment. Consent must be given before video or photographs can be taken. *WHAT TO BRING: Essential items include comfortable walking shoes, bottled water, warm clothes in winter and sun protection in summer. * TAG-ALONG: Travel in the guides vehicle, guide travel in private vehicle - or tag-along in the comfort of your own vehicle. Half day and 1 day tours are normally tag-along only. * SPECIAL RATES FOR GROUPS, SCHOOLS AND FAMILIES: Special rates are available for families, schools and groups. * MODIFIED TOURS / CHARTERS / PRIVATE TOURS / EDUCATIONAL: Tours can be modified to suit your requirements. We can cater for small groups, private tours, camps, charters, schools, cultural awareness training, education and consulting. * PICK UP / TOUR START POINT: It’s important that you confirm the pick up point and/or tour start point, before the tour date. * FAIRS AND ITINERATES: All prices quoted are in $AUD (Australian Dollars). Aboriginal Cultural Tours – Adjahdura Land (ACT-AL) reserves the right to refuse carriage to any person or luggage item without reason. ACT-AL also reserves the right to cancel tours; amend fares, itineraries and days of operation. At times it may be necessary to provide alternative transport; and take alternative routes due to adverse road & weather conditions. All fares are on a per-person basis. Children’s fairs for 2, 3 & 5 day tours are available on request. * CANCELLATIONS: Cancellation fees apply. More than 14 days notice will incur a $20 charge per booking per person. Between 14 days and 48 hours cancellation incurs a 50% fee. Less than 24 hours or fail to board - no refund. Bookings through agents may also be subject to the agent’s cancellation conditions. Please check with your agent. No refund applies if a passenger breaks a tour or fails to rejoin. We recommend passengers have travel insurance. * LIABILITY: Aboriginal Cultural Tours - Adjahdura Land (ACT-AL) will not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings or luggage whilst on tour. ACT-AL does not operate or own any third-party suppliers of services such as boat services, accommodation and local restaurants, therefore we do not take any responsibility whatsoever for any injury or loss of any type arising in any matter, including whether as a result of negligence or otherwise. Follow the guides directions and safety instructions at all times. ACT-AL will not be held liable if any breach of the guides directions or instructions leads to personal injury or damage to property. ACT-AL has the right to cancel anyone’s booking with no refund if serious breaches of the guide’s instructions occur.
