awareness, education and training.

| Minimum
Number 1 day (Innes & East coast) & 2, 3 & 5 day tours - minimum of 2 Adults. |
| Departure 2
day tours 9am Wednesdays. 3 and 5 day tours 9am Fridays. Half and one
day tours 10am daily (Departure days are flexible - give us a call).

to bring Essential items:
Comfortable walking shoes, bottled water, warm clothes in winter, swim
wear & slip, slop, slap in summer & sleeping bag.
